The given diagram outlines the process of recycling used paper.
Overall, there are four primary stages in the production of recycled paper, starting with the conversion of waste paper to pulp and ending with the creation of the final product.
In the first step, each box of used paper is collected and transported on the conveyor belt and then made pulp through a mixture of water and chemicals. Following that, this mixture is filtered, leading to the separation of unfiltered pulp and ink, the filtered pulp is kept and is ready for the next stage.
In the cleaning process, this pulp mixture is associated with water, soap and air which is pumped through a pipe. After that, it is transferred to another tray containing water and chemicals. This combined solution is concreted on another conveyor belt which is installed with several heater rollers. Water in the mixture is removed at the bottom of this machine and then the recycled paper is ready to use for plenty of purposes.
