The diagram illustrates the operating process of a hot air balloon.
Overall, there are seven steps, beginning with laying out the envelope and ending with landing.
Initially, the balloon’s envelope is spread out smoothly. Then, in order to shape the balloon an inflator fan is used to fill it with air. Next, butane tanks are installed in the basket, which is large enough to carry passengers and is attached to the balloon. Once the setup is complete, the burner is used to mix air with butane gas, producing warm, light, and dense air, which causes the balloon to rise During the flight, a parachute valve that assists slowing the balloon’s ascent as well as managing its descent is located on top of the balloon. Finally, the balloon is brought safely back to the ground in the landing stage.
