The diagram illustrates the tomato ketchup making procedure. Overall, the process involves fifteen steps which can be grouped into three main pages = harvesting and sending the tomato to the factory, processing the tomato, then packaging and distributing the tomato ketchup.
In terms of harvesting the tomato, it is first picked and put into the basket. Following this, the farmers sort the tomatoes into the good and the bad one. The good tomatoes are then sent to a factory in order to be processed into a tomato ketchup. As far as the second stage of processing the tomatoes is concerned, the stalk, seeds and skin are removed so as to it can be placed inside the container to be crushed. After which sugar, vinegar and salt are added then boiled together inside the container. When the mixture is smooth and have no lumps, it is left for two hours.
The final stage is packaging and distributing the tomato ketchup.
As soon as the tomato ketchup has been poured into a bottle, it is labelled and have its quality controlled. This was followed by putting the tomato ketchup into the box. The procedure is culminated with sending the tomato ketchup into supermarket and subsequently it is served with hamburger and fries.
