Overall, there are 15 main stages in the process, beginning with harvesting tomatoes and sorting them, followed by preparation and cooking, and ending with using ketchup to eat with fast food.
First of all, farmers pick ripe tomatoes and put them in a basket. Then, they choose to sort good and remove bad others. These tomatoes are divided by farmers, and then it is transported to factories. Next, these fruits are removing unnecessary things such as stalks, seeds, and skin. After that these are butted in containers and crushed to form a paste. Following this, workers add a lot of ingredients like sugar, vinegar, salt in order to balance them together. Afterwards, this mixture is heated, the labor wait sauce to reduce temperature, settle for about two hours and put on the lid.
Next, ketchup gets cold, and this is dropped in bottles. After that ketchup bottles are labeled, and these are put in big boxes. Finally, tomato sauces are transported to supermarkets which sell ketchup to restaurants and customers can eat it with hamburger and fries.
