The process by which ceramic pots are produced can be outlined in a number of consecutive steps. Overall, there are 12 stages involved in the process, which can be grouped into 4 main stages: starting the process with contributing the factory with raw materials, preparing resources and turning into necessary shapes and coloring in the final part before being ready for the consumption. Notably, the process is a complex one, which requires much time to complete.
Firstly, sand or clay is dug by excavator and then it is taken to the factory on a truck, where the remaining steps of the process take place. The following step is crushing it with grinding machine, after which water is added to crushed soil in cylinder tank so as to make fine sand. The resulting mixture is then poured into moulds, where stays from 4 to as much as 6 hours.
Once the pots are assembled, they are placed into an oven at a temperature of 1000 degrees Celsius so that they will be durable. In the final stage, they undergo coloring which make them more attractive before colored pots are fired to ensure the permanence of the color.
