The given maps provide information about the improvements at West Park Secondary shool since it was built in 1950.
Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that several changes have been accomplished throughout the period. Afterwards, there are newer amenities available nowadays.
Initially, in 1950, we were able to see several houses just next to the main road, alongside with a greeny farmland, behind a school. However, they have been reconstructed into other facilities. And in 1980, instead of houses, there was built a science block, which have been attached to school, at the same time, enlarging its capacity. Also, in the another half of the place, where initially had been placed houses, have been built a car park. Moreover, the farmland was serving for an another purpose, as sports field.
In 2010, a small car park was extended covering an enormous territory. Although, sports field was moved to the previous playground place, which was behind the school all the time.
