The diagram gives us the information about the floor structure of the current library and how it was 20 years ago.

Overall, there were enormous space for the adult fiction books and adult non-ficton books. Lecture room, computer room and cafe is devloped in the present.

There was a massive space allocated for adult fiction and non-fiction books, although it is all utilize by an area for all reference books and towards right from the entrance a small area is given for adult fiction books and just next to it is an information desk and also Self service machine was also introduced not very faraway from the information desk. Children’s book area is converted into Lecture room and enquiry desk where an individual can buy tickets, book returns, etc is now replaced by a cafe.

Tables and chairs have been removed making a vacant space at the centre of the library. CDs, videos, computer games room has been modified into storytelling event place and two sofas are installed diagonally opposite and a small area is dedicted for the children ‘s fiction books in the same room. In the present, Computer room has been built instead of reading room where people used to read newspapers and magazines.
