Later, specialists have to purify it using limestone filter that it is necessary for improving the quality of the future product.
The fifth stage includes evaporator that helps juice to become syrup. After this, workers need to separate sugar crystals from syrup due to centrifuge. It is almost the end of the production. Finally, they are drying and cooling and the product is ready to be sold.
