The following pictures illustrate how sugar canes are made into sugar.
It’s clear that there are seven stages in the production of the sugar, beginning with sugar canes growing and ending with drying and cooling.
The first step is the growth of sugar canes, which takes about a year to a year and half. After the sugar canes have grown, they can be harvested in two ways: machine or manual. The harvested sugar canes are collected and put into a crusher. When they are mashed, the juice is released.
At the forth stages in the process, the juice is purified by the limestone filter, and then the purified juice is heated in a container, waiting for the juice to evaporate and turn into syrup. The next step is to separate the sugar crystals from the syrup by spinning the centrifuge anticlockwise. The last step involves drying and cooling the crystals, which can result in a large jar of sugar.
