The diagram illustrates how to make sugar from sugar cane. Overall, it can be clearly seen that the production process is categorized into seven distinct stages, which show the whole manufacturing procedure. It begins with growing sugar cane and ends with the drying and cooling stage.
To begin with, sugar canes are grown between 12 and 18 months. After sugar canes are stretched enough, they are harvested with the help of a digger and manpower. Subsequently, they are crushed by using a wheeler to produce juice. After the squeezing procedure, Juice is placed into the purifying stage to clear juice. A limestone filter is used for the purifying stage to separate dirty items from sugar cane juice.
In the next stage, purifying juice is heated by using an evaporator. After the water is evaporated, the juice is became syrup. Next, the syrup is placed into a centrifuge to separate sugar crystals from syrup. In the final stage, sugar is dried in the cooling tank to make sugar.
