First of all, sugar cane is grown over a period of 12 to 18 months. After that, it is harvested by people or special machines, and then it is delivered to the crushing process, where it is converted to juice.

Initially, after the crushing process, it is carried to a limestone filter, which would purify the juice. The next step is that the juice is delivered to a special machine, which is called an evaporator, and it turns the juice into syrup. The process proceeds with the separation of sugar crystals from the syrup by centrifugation. Finally, after the sugar crystals are dried and cooled, they will be ready for human use.
