The diagram illustrates the process of making sugar from sugar cane.
Overall, it is clear that there are 3 main stages in this process, beginning with sugarcane planting, then crushing the sugarcane, and the final stage is drying and cooling.
At the first stage in the process, plant sugarcane for 12-18 months, then it has been harvesting by hand and specialist machinery. Next, the sugarcane is put into the press and crushing make juice. After this stage is finished, the sugarcane juice will be purified and introduced into a limestone filter to destruction bad substances and become pure juice. Next, the pure juice is boiled at high temperature in an evaporator to remove water and become syrup. In the subsequent step, the syrup is put in a centrifuge and spun at high speed to separate sugar crystals from it. At the final stage, the crystals are put into a tank for drying and cooling to produce the final product for human consumption.
