The illustration illustrates the how the sugar made from sugar cans along with process of production of sugar from sugar canes.
Overall, it is the man-made, 7 different stages which include growing, harvesting, crushing, purifying, evaporator, centrifuge process and drying. It is linear process which starts from cultivation of canes and ends with drying and colling of production sugar.
The process begins with agricultural of sugar canes which take about 12-18 months. After that, havesting beings which include two different ways, one by humans and other though machinery . After collection of canes than the crushing process occurs which make the juice of sugars canes.
After the crushing canes for juice than it go for purification process with limestone filter and than purifying juice is heated which converts into syrup. After that that material go though centrifuge where the sugars crystles seperates from syrup and finally after the cooling or drying the sugar produce.
