The diagram shows the process of producing various stages for making sugar from sugar cane. Overall, the process includes seven major sugar processes: growing, harvesting, crushing, purifying, drying, and cooling.
At the first stage, sugar cane is growing for about 12–18 months. Following sugar, the harvesting of sugar cane plants can be done either by hand with a sickle or by technology with a combine. The crushing process takes juice from sugar canes.
At the following stages, the yielding process for the production sugar can purify the juice of the limestone filter. The purifying juice is made between syrup, the evaporator, and heat. The next stage separates sugar crystals from syrup in a centrifuge. And lastly, the producing process for dyring and cooling sugar from sugar crystals.
