The process diagram gives information about the manufacturing process of instant noodles through various stages.
Overall, the manufacturing process comprises eight stages, which starts by a storing procedure in storage silos and ends with labeling and sealing the noodles to be ready for selling.
In the first stage of instant noodle manufacturing stage, the flour is kept in a storage silos before getting mixed with other ingredients such as water and oil in the following stage. This process happens by user a mixer which mix the three elements to form dough sheets then. In the fourth stage, the dough sheets are cut into dough stripes which afterwards shaped in to circles to create noodles discs. Subsequently, the discs are cooked with some oil before the drying stage, which followed by placing the product into cups. After that, vegetables and spices are added just before labelling and sealing the instant noodles, to be ready for distribution.
