Overall, the town was designed in a round shape, with a ring road separating the town urban and suburban areas surrounding the town center. It is also clear that the town will mainly be a residential area, with mixed recreational and industrial zones.
Inside the ring road will be the main residential land, designed to surround the town center, which includes shops, 2 bus stops, and 3 parking spaces. The surrounding housing will be separated by 5 streets, which will connect the outside with the town center. Moreover, there will be 5 different areas for recreational purposes such as sports and green spaces scattered around, mainly introduced at the roadsides.
The town’s suburb, or outside the ring road, will be a combination of huge housing estates, entertainment, and industrial lands. The residence was mainly designed along the Northwest and South side of the town; a much smaller living area was also planned in the Northeast. The map was also sketched with 2 industrial zones, including a moderate-sized one in the Southeast and a smaller one in the opposite direction. Additionally, there will be a grand entertainment area in the Northside, divided into three huge blocks.
