The diagram shows the steps of producing bricks that are used in the construction industry.
Overall, there are seven stages of production starting with clay being dug to delivering the bricks, the production process is linear.
In the first stage the clay gets extracted by the digger,After that it is sent to a roller that filters the material through a metal grid.After this, it gets mixed with some sand and water,and then a wire cutter or a mould are used to form a bricks.
After forming a bricks it is put into the drying oven for 24 to 48 hours,then it is moved to a Kiln with a moderate temperature of around 200c-980c and high temperature 870c to 1300c, After being moved out from the hot oven the bricks are sent to a cooling oven for about
48 to 72 hours, Lastly, after finishing with the cooling process the bricks are packed before delivery.
