The process diagram give the information how to bricks manufactured for the building industry.Overall, producing and transporting bricks is a seven stage process, which starts from digging clay and ends with packing the bricks and cultinating in delivery.
To begin, the clay is dug from ground with large digger and put into a roller machine; that separate metal grid from clay and sand plus water are added to the mud, to make bricks then are broken by mould, and sent to bricks into drying oven for one to two days,which dry the bricks
following this the bricks put into cooling chamber for 48 to 72 hours for hardness; there were two kiln sides which had different temperatures: the high kiln has 870C to 1300C, and the moderate has 200C to 980C.
In the subsequent stage having the bricks in the cooling chamber for a period of time for hardness. finally, the bricks are packed and t delivered to their destination.
