The given diagram depicts the whole process about producing of bricks on seven steps for the construction sector.
Overall, the diagram shed light on bricks manufacturing from digging the soil until packaging and delivering the last products to the customers.
Firstly, digged soil is going to be selected from bigger pieces with metal grid while the small pieces which are eliminated are continuing on roller. The pieces that is called as aggregates are going on roller to mix with sand and water. After all, the mixture is being ready to get shaped like a brick with two different methods which are moulding and wire cutting.
The process continues with ovens to make them harder. The bricks are heated on the dry oven for 24-48 hours before high temperature kiln steps. As sixth step, the bricks are sent to kiln to get them permanent shapes on moderate temperatures from 200 to 980*C degrees. Then, they are heated on the high temperatures from 870 to 1300*C degrees. At the last step on the oven process, they are waited in cooling chamber from 48 by 72 hours. When all steps completed, the bricks are packed and delivered to customers from construction industry.
