The 7-step procedure begins with the extraction of clay and ends with the production of bricks itself, which then are packaged and delivered to industries. This is achieved by forming the newly made substance and heating them thoroughly to create the strong foundation.
First and foremost, a digger is placed to extract clay from the soils of the earth. They are sieved through a metal grid and roller, based on size, which the sifted clay are then mixed with a substance of sand and water. Next, the mixture would undergo either two different methods, one, would be cut into specific sizes of rectangular-shaped bricks by a wire cutter, and the second method would be to use brick molds to form the desired shapes.
In step 4, the molded bricks are transferred to a drying oven, where the bricks would dry for approximately 24-48 hours. Afterwards, they go through two various types of kiln temperatures, which one would be set in moderate heat, with 200-980 degrees celsius, while the other one would hold a standard of high heat, between 870-1300 degrees celsius. The process of manufacturing bricks has not ended quite yet, as the heated bricks would still have to be put inside a cooling chamber for 48-72 hours before they can be packed and eventually ready for delivery.
