Next, the clay can be shaped either by a wire cutter or a mould. After giving it a shape, clay bricks are put into a drying oven, where they dry for 24 to 48hours.

Afterwards, they are put into kiln, where they are firstly heated in a moderate temperature, between

200C and 980C, after which they are again heated, but in a high temperature, 870C to 1300C. At the seventh step, bricks are cooled in a cooling chamber for 2 to 3days. After being cooled, the bricks are packeged and they are finally ready to be delivered in a lorry to building industries.
