overall, it is clearly stated that the raw material clay is dug through the machine called excavator and then the clay goes through the various process like rolling, moulding, heating, cooling and finally packaging . at the end it is ready for transportation.
according to the diagram , clay is the main material to produce the bricks. at first, some digging machine dug the clay and after that sand and water are separated by the grinding process and then the moulding method starts by the help of wire cutter and given shape of brick and keeping the raw brick to soak on drying oven for 1-2 days period after this keeping the soaked bricks in the chamber named kiln for heating to moderate to high temperature between 200 degree to extreme temperature 1300 degree celcius . after all this process, the brick is going through the cooling chamber for 2-3 days . finally , brick is ready for packaging and we can transport to the construction company.
