An illustration under outlines the several stages of how buildings bricks are produced. Overall, the process begins with dug out clay and finishes with delivered bricks to customers. In total, there are seven main stages and most of that is used by specialized machines.
At the first stage, when the clay is dug out by a digger It’s transferred to a roller after filtering through a metal grid. Then, after the sand and water are added into fine clay it is formed by a wire cutter or moulds into bricks. Following that, bricks are dried by a drying oven for between 24 and 48 hours.
In the next stage, bricks moved into two kilns which is connected to cooling. The dried bricks are being exposed in moderate and high degree. Following this, at first heated from 200 to 980 degree Centigrade before being in second kiln with 870 to 1300 temperature. Eventually, before packaging it is moved into cooling chamber for cooling and then bricks are ready to delivery by trucks for customers.
