The diagram illustrates how bricks are manufactured for the building industry through series of steps.
Overall, it is a linear process consists of seven stages. Begins with digging the clay through machines and ends up with delivering for the building industries. This main process involves rolling, drying and packaging before delivered for the building industries.
Initially, the clay is digging through large machines such as JCB after that the clay is passed through metal grind where the clay is converted into smaller pieces, which process called rolling. Once rolled has been completed, the filtered clay is passed through two ways. One is trough wire cutter and another is from moud then the bricks are shaped.
In the subsequent step, the bricks are placed into the oven for drying for between 24 and 48 hours. When the bricks are dried, the bricks are passed through three different ways. Firstly, kiln where the temperature is moderate about 200 to 940 centigrade. Secondly, the temperature is high about 870 to 1300 centigrade. At last, the bricks are placed into cooling chamber about 48 to 72 hours.
Once the bricks are cooled, they are further passed for packing. At last, the packed bricks are loaded into the trucks then delivered to industries for building.
