Overall, the process consists of seven necessary steps , beginning with the excavation of clay and ending with the packaged delivery.The process is initiated when clay is dug out from the ground using a digger that passes through a metal grid, which removes large stones before the clay moves onto the roller. Right after this, sand and water are added. The mixture is then shaped either into a rectangular brick by cutting wire or by putting the mixture into a mould.

The unprocessed bricks are then placed into a drying oven for a period of 24 to 48 hours. Transferred to a kiln where they are first heated at a moderate temperature of 200 – 980 and then at a high temperature of 870 – 1300.Following this, the heated bricks are then cooled in a cooling chamber for 48 -72 hours. Finally after this, they are then packed and delivered to their customers.
