The diagram illustrates the process involved in the production of beer.The overall process consists of 12 steps, beginning with Malt mill and ending with cleaning and packaging of beer.
The process commences with adding malt into a mill,which is then shifted to Mash cooker.In this step water is added.Later the mixture is set to Mash run.The next step involves adding Hops to the Wort Hopper.
Following this,External kettle is used to heat the mixture,it is then spun and sent to wort cooler.Subsequently,it is shifted to a Fermenting tank where yeast is added.The whole substance is set to rest in resting tank for a while and is sent to Filtration unit for filtration.
Once the filtartion is done,the substance is cleaned.After cleaning,some amount of toatl beers produced are bottled and the reamaining portion of them are stored in the kegs based on the requirement.This process diagram visually summarizes all the 12 steps involved in manfacturing of beer,each clearly depicted and briefly expalined.
