The given diagram shows the process of maple syrup production. The diagram consists of different stages, which include all production route, from juice extraction from trees to the consumers and stores.
Overall, it is clear that process of syrup production begins with the tree, with sap flows and ends with consumer, who goes to the grocery shop and buy it. Notably, that diagram illustrates a production closed circle, which has every step of process.
In the first stage, sap flows from the tree, from bottom to top. Visibly that during night, temperature drop below the middle and sap freezing, but during the day temperature increases. When it is warmer outside, the juice begins to flow downwards. There is installed a tap on the tree, after sap flows through the tube and ends in storage tank. Subsequent stage is evaporator, which makes sap from sap to the maple syrup. That process of special machine consists of cleaning sap from the insects and harmful things by chemical ways. When maple syrup passed all steps of production, it is being send to the consumers for their sweets, such as for a piece of cake or biscuits. Also the factory sends maple syrup to stores, where purchaser buys syrup for his pancakes.
