The image illustrates the process of photosynthesis and its function.
Overall, it is clear that the process is started by absorbing green wavelengths from the sun and carbon dioxide through stomata, and enda with the release of oxygen.
To begin, the green look of plants is created by absorbing green wavelengths from sun by the process of chlorophyll. There are a lot of openings are present on the surface of the leaf, which allows the entrance of carbon dioxide. Meanwhile, water, which is present in the roots is combined with carbon dioxide and wavelengths to make sugar for plants. And in this way, oxygen is released into the environment.
Further more, the water is absorbed through roots ,and , travelled along the stem and reached towards the leaf. The level in the plant is balanced by a process called transpiration. In this procedure, oxygen and water vapor are moved out from the leaf through stomata. More ever, the extra sugar as a starch is stored in roots of plants during photosynthesis which provides energy to plants.
