The given diagram illustrates how fresh fish is produced into smoked fish. By and large, it is patently obvious that there are thirteen prominent stages in this process, initiating with catching fishes from ocean and culminating in transporting to the fish store. Moreover, this is a linear process.
At the first step, fishes are catched from ocean and lifted on boat. When the boat come back the port, fishes will be freezed in a box. To move on, frozen fishes are thawed before being cleaned with fresh water. Next, they are divided into two part: the head and the tail which soaked by salt water and yellow coloring.
Coming to the final stages, after being soaked, fishes are smoked. After that, they are packed before freezing at 0 C. Subsequently, frozen products are preserved in cold store. Finally, products are distributed to a fish stores by a truck before being sold customers.
