Upon scrutinizing the diagram, it can be patently observed that the manufacture of cement includes 6 main stages, whereas production of concrete consists of the mixture of appropriate ingredients in right proportions.
Initially, cement is created through a special machine. First of all, limestone and clay are grinding through crusher which becomes powder. Secondly, it’s exposed to pass through a mixer, which allows it to heat up at high temperatures in a rotating heater.After this step, combination is ground in a grinder to produce end product-cement. Finally the cement packed into bags for transport or use.
To point out a sequence, can see that the production of concrete is a straight process including four main ingredients which are called water (10%), cement (15%), sand (25%) and gravel (small stones) (50%).These materials are placed in a concrete mixer, where they are combined through circular movements to create concrete for construction.
