Overall, there are three main sections of production of matches:peeling, blowing and packaging.
The first stage begins with peeling the log with blade, which also involves a veneer. Then, the resulted product is put into chopper that cuts any redundant slices. After this step, sticks are dipped in tank filled with ammonium phosphate, completing the first phase of making matches. As for the second part of the process, acquired product is dried with special equipment, and it falls into a hopper featuring blower on the right side. Then, sticks are transferred to the storage area by metal duct. After storing the product, it falls into a narrow tube. The perforated steel belt organises sticks using inserter. As a next step, the product undergoes chemical exposure with three different tanks: paraffin wax, based chemicals, tip chemicals. Getting rid of any moisture left, sticks are stored in the drying zone. Finally, the matches are packed and ready for distribution.
