The provided chart illustrates the step-by-step recycling process of alumnium drinks cans, starting from collecting the waste to the reproduction of new cans.
In general, there are 11 stages to have alumnium drinks cans recycled. The entire process takes up to six weeks in which alumnium drink cans undergo several phases to be ready for the usage.
It is obvious that the initial phase of the recycling process commences with amassing the waste and depositing it in the plant. Once waste is delivered, water is added to clear the contagious and perilious bacteria. Following this, all alumnium drink cans are crushed to compress and are processed to the next stage where chemicals erase the rest debris found in the cans.
Afterwards, the cleaned cans are heated at certain temperature to make them easy to be moulded in the next stage. Since the cans passed different cleaning phases, weighting to ensure their precise capacity-is paramount. Last but not least, the cans have to be enrolled in the rolling process so that they can be fully recycled and produced as new alumnium drink cans, eventually.
