Overall, there are seven main steps in getting driving license, only when people pass the tests. If people fail any step, they will have to undergo additional stages, including repaying fees and retaking the written test.
To begin with, candidate must come to the license center to accomplish a refilled form with the necessary information about themselves. Then, they have to go through eye examination. People at this stage will be divided into two cases, failing and passing. If they are not struggling with any eye disease, they will pass to the next stage called “pay fee”; by contrast, if their eyes are in bad condition, they will fail and receive no licence.
In case of passing eye test, people have to pay a charge to take part in two exams, consisting of written test and driving test. Unless people fail written exam, they will be able to take driving test to gain a license. People who fail written test can have twice retaking , however, people failing driving test must pay additional fee to undergo the test again.
