The 9-step process begins with extraction of clay and ends in the delivery of the finished bricks.
Initially, clay is extracted from the ground using a digger, which is then transported through a metal grid that serves to eliminate any impurities from the raw material. The substance in then fall onto the conveyor belt. In the following stage water and sand are mixed into the sorted clay. Next, the mixture is shaped utilising either a wire cutter or molds.
In the further stages, the molded bricks are subjected to a drying oven, where they remain for a duration of 24 to 48 hours to reduce moisture content. The firing process then takes place within a kiln, commencing with a moderate temperature phase maintained between 200°C and 980°C. This is succeeded by a high-temperature phase reaching between 870°C and 1300°C, followed by a cooling period lasting from 48 to 72 hours. Finally, the bricks are packaged onto pallets, which are then loaded onto trucks for distribution.
