Overall, the whole process consists of fourteen steps, beginning with picking fruits and culminating in the delivery of canned fruits. Additionally, the whole process involves strict control over fruits’ quality and sanitation situation in the factory.
To begin with, fruit are picked first then delivered to the factory. After being chosen and weighed, fruits will be washed then be put into a cool place for storage before being peeled and divided into pieces.
Once get divided, they will be put into jars with water or juice. Seals will be attached on the surfaces of jars. However, they still need to be cooked and sterilized. Afterwards, they will undergo a cooling section, which completes the manufacturing process. Ultimately, they are packed into packages and delivered to different supermarkets.
