The diagram describes the production of canned fruits, very difficult process. Firstly people picking them on farms by hand or with some technologys for collecting, then they load fruits in cars or lorries and transport them to factory. Another step of production is processing, employees and machines in factory start to choosing fruits when they deliver to the factory to detect unperfect product and end up it in trash can.

When choosing is finished fruits weighing and washing, this is necessary for prepare product to another stages. Clear fruits get to the cool storage for saving their taste and nutrians. After that they peeling and dividing in chopper.

Diagram shows the second step, packing in factory, people prepare jars with water and syrup where they will put chopped product.

Special machines sealing these jars, devices sterilising them to get more quality. Jars cooling to protect product and increase shelf life.

The last steps, packing where people get on jars marks with this fabric and transport them to the supermarkets for sale.
