The diagram below depicts the process of manufacturing canned fruits.
From the diagram shown, producing canned fruits is quite complex, which contains twelve steps to turn fresh fruits into canned ones in supermarkets.
The procedure begins with picking fruits suitable for making cans from the tree. The fruits are then transported to factories as soon as possible. Upon arrival, the workers choose fruits in good shape, weigh and wash them, and put the fruits into cool storage area to keep them fresh.
When all preperation steps are done, the workers take the fruits out of storage boxes, peeling them and cut them into pieces which can fit into the cans. After that, the fruits are passed through water, juice or syrup, in which different flavors are attached to them. In the next stage, the processed fruits are sealed in bottles, then being cooked or sterilized to store their flavors. After cooling down the bottles, they are packed and transported to the supermarket for sale.
