The diagram illustrates how olive oil is produced.
At first glance,it is clear that the process consists of twelve stages with the beginning of harvesting and ending with storing it in a storage tank.
Firstly, trees are harvested and then chopped trees are collected in a collection vat. After it went through the de-leaf washing machine where collected trees were washed to be cleaned. Following this, washed trees crashed to make oil in the olive mill and obtained olive paste rotated in the machine named malaxer with the degree at less than 27 degrees celsius.
At the next stage, the acquired substance undergoes the centrifugal press and then it will be divided in other two stages. First are separation and decantation machines which will squeeze virgin oil to waste water or solids and at the end both of the obtained olive oil is located in a storage tank. Second is pomace where it can be processed further at refining factories.
