After this extracted leafs are washed, then, leafs crushed by olive mill to prepare olive paste. Following this, the Olive paste ready for turning the pomace , after storage in 27 degrees in malaxer.

In the next part, pomace can be processed further at refining factories, or it is moved to next phase as a virgin oil. After this virgin oil is witnessed with decantation or separation before filling the storage tank, such as a Waste water is separated by separated machine, while solids and water decantated by decantation process.
