The diagram shows the steps including in making olive oil

In genaral, it is clear that the process is divided three main stages:collecting; extraction of olive oil and seperating of waste water.

Initially, workers harvest products of oil trees to send collection vat. After that, olives must be de-leafed and cleaned with water very carefully.

The following step is that they are put into an olive mill to crush them into olive paste. Then, paste put through a malaxer set to tempreature not greater than 27⁰C. After the malaxer, paste enters a centrifugal press to create virgin oil. Moreover, the same time with creation of virgin oils, pomace process which extracts juice from fruits will be done.

Subsequent to this, virgin oils is either seperated with waste water or decantated, which filters both solids and water. Regardless of two different processes, both products are sent to storage tank at the end.
