The diagram presents the complete process of recycling paper from used one.
The procedure consists of 4 main steps including turning used paper into pulp, purifying the pulp, cleaning it with liquid and using heat to finish the paper making process.
Initially, used paper products such as paper bags, carton boxes or books are conveyed through a belt into a container mixing with water and chemicals. The mixture in this bin under the chemical reaction becomes wet and soft enough to be poured into the filtering tank for the second step. By using a dense grid basket, the paper compound is purified to eliminate waste substance and ready for next stage.
Continuously, the filtered pulp flows into a wide-rim tank where it is immersed in water and soap with an addition of air and ink. After a suitable soaking period, the pulp undergoes a cleansing stage with water and chemicals to remove soap and ink from the previous submersion. The cleaned pulp is passed through the second conveyor belt for the last step. Being transferred through the rollers, the refined material, at the same time, is extracted the moisture on the upper surface and is sprayed an amount of water to the underneath flat. The strip of dry paper is cut and rolled for comfortable packaging and transportation.
The recycled paper rolls are ready for their second cycle of consumption.
