Overall, it is clear that the process involved in eight stages, commencing with the foods being selected by customers and culminating with the final delivery to customers.
Initially, customers browse their desired products on the supermarket application. Then, the foods are put into the basket and paid by three ways namely, credit, debit and pay plus. Once the order is confirmed, the process is sent to warehouse for preparation .At this stage, both parties such as robot and warehouse staff collect these chosen items on inventory shelves and ensure their accuracy before moving to the next step.
After being selected, these goods are gathered into two packages. Once this step is completed, a receipt is being printed for customers. Next, the food is loaded into delivery vehicles, which transport them to customer’s locations . The process ending with seller delivers goods to customers.
