The diagram illustrates the process of transforming raw milk into cheese. The process consists of 3 main stages. Overall, the production can be divided into 3 main phases: milk preparation, cheese processing, preparing cheese. Notably, the process is highly human driven, requiring minimal machinery input.
At the first stage, bacteria is added to the milk after which enzyme can be added. Then, the milk is starts to solidifies into curds after adding bacteria and enzyme. After that this solid mass is cut into small pieces to make it easier to put it into the pot.
At the next stage, these small pieces is taken to the pot where they are heated and drained. Then the salt is added to this mass. After being salted, people are shaping the mass into the form of cheese.
At the final stage, it is taken for 2 months to ferment the cheese. After fermentation stage, the cheese is packed into boxes, and finally it is delivered to the shop where people sell it.
