The illustrations show the proccess by which bricks are produced for construction industry. There are nine stages in the production of bricks, starting with clay extraction and delivery in the final stage. ‘

First, the clay is excavated from the ground by a digger and then taken into the metal grid to send them over the roller. Next, the filtered clay is mixed with sand and water to form bricks by moulding or wire cutting. Afterwards, the perfectly-formed bricks are move into a drying oven for 24 to 48 hours.There are three stages of drying process which involves different temperature settings. The first step involves moderate temperature configuration, ranging from 200 to 980 degree celcius, and followed by high heat with the minimum temperature of 870 and 1300 degree celcius maximum.

The bricks, eventually, are brought to the cooling chamber for 48 to 72 hours. Room-temperature bricks are now ready for packaging and then shipped for delivery.
