The diagram shows how to make bricks from clay for building purposes.
Overall, brick production has nine stages, and goes as a linear process. Iit starts with digging the clay and finishes with the packaged products.
The first step is clay dig up from the earth. Then this clay is placed onto the metal grid and rollers to remove the large pieces. After that, sand and water are added to the clay. To have the form of the bricks, there are two ways: first with a wire cutter or using a mould.
In the next stage the raw bricks are moved into a drying oven for 24 to 48 hours. By this stage, these materials heated in a klin with moderate and high temperature approximately 200 C to 980 C, after that at a high temperature around 870 C-1300 C.Finally they are cooled in a cooling chamber by following the rules for two or three days.Once the final stage has been completed, these bricks are now ready for packaging and delivery for their destinations.
