The presented proccess demonstrates how plastic bottles are recycling.
Overall, the recycling process comprises seven distinct, linear stages, beginning with the collection of discarded bottles and culminating in the manufacture of various end products. The process involves both mechanical and thermal transformations, with no generation of waste.
In detail, Initially plastic bottles are deposited into designated colection bins by consumers. Subsequently, a garbage truck transports these collected bottles to a recycling center, where they undergo a sorting process to separate them from any non-recyclable materials. Following sorting, the bottles are compressed into dense blocks, which are then transferred to a crushing machine to be broken down into small fragments. These fragments are subsequently washed to remove any contaminants.
After the washing stage, the clean fragments are subjected to heat and molded into small pellets. These pellets serve as the raw material for the next phase, where they are heat further to form a pliable substance. Finaly the material used to manufacture a range of end products, including clothing items, containers, and various accessories, thereby completing the recycling loop.
