Overall, there are nine different stages in the process of manufacturing bricks. It is also noticeable that it starts with digging clay and ends with delivering the final product
At the beginning of the process, clay is dug from the ground by a digger. Next, the clay is filtered through a metal grid and passed onto a roller. After that, it is mixed with sand and water. Afterwards, the mixture can be shaped in two ways; either a wire-cutter is used or it is put into a mould.
For the remaining stages , the clay bricks are placed into a drying oven for one to two days. After drying, the clay bricks are heated in a kiln at moderate temperature. Then, these are heated again at high temperature before sending them to a cooling chamber for two to three days. Finally, the resulting bricks are packaged and delivered by a truck.
