Overall, there are three stages to recycling glass bottles, starting from collection point to customer supermarket.
The first of recycling glass bottles process begins with the glass bottles that are thrown out by people, also known as waste bottles, in the recycling trash bins. After collecting all the glass bottles, those glass bottles are sent to the collection places. Then at the collection point, the truck of recycled materials pick up those glass bottles from the collection point to recycling factory. All of the glass bottles are cleaned, which is called cleaning plant. After that they check the glass bottles and evaluate the level they handle high pressure water. Next the glass bottles are classified into three categories such as clear, green, and brown. The glass of bottles transfer to recycling plant and they are furnaced. Those glass bottles transform to recycled liquid, which is also known as new liquid class. The next step is that they turn into mould. At the last stage, the old glass bottles are sent to supermarkets and function as customer supermarket.
