The given process presents how five tea types are produced from tea leaves.
Looking from an overall perspective, its is readily apparent that there are 5 various types of tea, such as White Tea, Green Tea, Oolong tea, Large leaf Black tea, Small leaf black tea . And each of them has its’ own way to be processed.
To begin, leaf should be fully grown, before the plucking process takes place. Here the witting stage start, from where tea making process is divided into 5 separate stages in order to produce various types of tea.
Firstly, to make a White tea, leaves should go through final, drying process. Green tea requires 2 additional steps, like streaming at the start, the rolling step before the oven drying. Oolong and Large leaf Black tea also require rolling process, albeit at the beginning, however, while first one goes through the slight fermentation, for the second one full fermentation is necessary. For the very last one, before the full fermentation crushing method takes place, and then three of them finally to produce a tea, are dried.
