The figure demonstrates the process how do the plastic items being recycle to goods and show how it turns into rubbish and go to the landfill.
There is a cycle with 6 steps and a route with 2 steps take place.
First, people will buy the essential from shop for their needs and use them. After empty the bottles, people will bring them to the collecting spot and being collected then send to the sorting house. In the sorting house, plastic bottles will be classified then transport to the factory for processing. After finished recycle these, they will be transfer to the market again for consuming. At this step, a cycle has been completed and being repeated again.
As the diagram illustrates, there are two routes to follow. Objects can appear in the trash cans too. They become litter and travel to the landfill for deposition. However, for those end up being rubbish, there are no more further steps.
